so now I am up and running. can anyone tell me how or if I can update the Language on the mod because I have some event items that are in a different language then English. when I don't run the mod they are all in English so can anyone let me know if this is the abyss mod or if this is the right area to ask this?

first delete /package/language.pack, and if the problem persists make sure you don't have any files packed with data packer.exe and then delete folders /data/local/, /data/xml/ and /data/code/

I installed the mods, but It keeps giving me a hackshield error, and when I try installing abyss it ends the mabinogi process. I tried running the hslaunch, but it still ends the process.

Thank you ShaggyZE  they worked with the language but the odd thing is all the items are good but the only thing in a Dif language is the Trees lol oh well

Actually, issues are supposed to be posted in tech support, not in the main thread.

If you're concerned about the issue being solved, i'd advise making a thread in tech, waiting 24 hours minimum, then if no one's offered help, try sending a message to blade and seeing if he can help.  That's only if you're certain abyss is the issue, which means doing trial and error tests yourself, if you're not getting help, and if you've waited 24+ hours to give people time to see the thread and offer advice.  May seem a bit demanding on expectations, but patience and consideration is important in tech support.  And i don't condone spamming.

tech support is a waste of time, and yea i know that's suppose to be the plan, but leading them to the main thread first gives them the opportunity of discovering someone that's already fixed the same issue.

You're assuming they read.  In that case, most issues would never come up as most issues you see on here are redundant.
I don't check tech support much anymore due solely to that, and i don't answer most questions regarding problems because of that.  Any problem i can search for a keyword provided by the OP, and find the fix in one of the first 3 threads from the search, i only respond to tell the OP that i tried searching and it's evident that they did not search, read, and try the recommended fixes.

Anyway, it's not really my problem, if it's an issue i guess blade, as it's his thread, or the staff here will deal with it.

Did my registry clean, reinstalled mabi+tiara, and Abyss started working. (I had got datapacker to work b4, but at a cost)
However, I can't seem to find Autobot anymore. I mean, the folder with the uhh... tabs.... shows up, but the tira downloader creates a tiara.exe and autobot.exe shortcut on the desktop that point to nothing. The front end isn't actually included in the current downloader.

Into the folder that Mabinogi is installed into.  It'll have /movie/ and /package/ and /mp3/ folders inside it.

Maybe this will help describe what I mean when I say it does not exist. Mind you, i've tried re downloading/installing. Its not like this is the first time i've installed tiara. I just can't seem to find autobot front end this time.

If you are using Data Packer, open it and remove mods.
Turn off any other mods you might be using.
Close HackShield (dbl click icon in hidden taskbar)
Make sure Mabinogi is patched.
Manually update ...Nexon\Mabinogi\HSUpdate.vbs
Update autobot/tiara in the same folder.
... See if Mabi runs at this point. If it doesn't say so. If it does...
Re-mod (Data Packer, find -> modify) your files
Run HackShield (HSLuanch.exe)
Play Mabinogi.
If that don't wont, reply again and tell EXACTLY what you did to try to fix it. Even the order of things you do can matter. ie updating mabi while HackShield is running can prevent Mabi's anti-cheat software from updating.

You can get a copy of autobot from the tiara installer. Also is it me or has the carnival map in tir disappeared. Like the entire area is empty except the npcs. thanks for the fix earlier

My bad i thought it was in tiara as I had to re install it for auto bot to appear in my client Last time I had that problem i think i tried to run one of the Autobot programs in that folder and auto bot re-downloaded for me.

I shoulda thought to try ALL of the scripts in there. Autobot did appear (o size and not downloading), but then update autobot was able to work properly. I wonder if I could have just made a dummy 'autobot.exe' and tried updating then. Problem fixed.... Thanks.

Anyone else having a problem with mabiland? The whole area appears empty except for the npcs. Cann't access the roulette board.

I was waiting on this... In case Shaggy was working this already... No point in duplicating efforts, as this is his baby.
I maintain my own mod packs as well...  This is being used by several people whom I personally installed these on via Teamviewer. Things that I noticed when people have issues... Their data folders, packs, and files are out of whack.  Food for thought (as they're currently not having any issues and neither am I)...

This is for Tiara.
Update for v201 to v202 that includes only the files changed for a Full install of Tiara v201. 
Overwrite your other files for v201, as this updates files changed with the v202 release of the client:

R202 Update: MabiLand content added, affecting some of the db files, i.e itemdb, animationevent, propdb, race, etc.

Also, I've attached the bounty hunting buttons fix for the upper right corner of the client (until it makes it's way into Tiara).

If this helps anyone, please post in the thread that it works for you... It'd be appreciated, as many I've noticed don't even know this is here or for that matter, they don't even read. =/
