Nexon has recently updated Mabinogi to a 64 bit client. This update has broken many mods in memory patchers for the time being. The mod creators are working hard to essentially rebuild all mods from scratch, and this process will take some time. Please be patient, and stay tuned for more updates.

Is there a way to bring them back? like find a replacement file or something to have the animations/sound back? Also thanks for the help.

EDIT: I solved a lot of the issues but after i deleted the items you told me to delete, every item lost their names

delete language.pack and run mabinogi.exe to re-download it

Maybe i've missed it completely while looking around, but is the Alpaca (Playing as it) added yet, i've been having problems (Unable to allow others to gather from me when playing, and even when summoning it, clicking the 'Allow to gather' button doesnt work.)

It looks like a thing with Tiara, maybe something in the XMLs I guess, but i'm to stupid to figure it out.

It doesn't work when you summon it at all, it only works if you right-click yourself when logged in as the alpaca.

Though I don't know if something in Tiara would be messing with that, rename your data folder to something else and restart the game to see if it's something in your data folder at all.

Hello. I try to reinstall the Tiara after a few unsuccessful installation. When I launched the installer as admin, it give me the NSIS Error. Can you tell me how to fix this?

Edit: Nevermind solved it

Excuse me as I am new to modding and I honestly don't know much at all.

The system messages that show up in a big font in the middle of the screen (Ex. Battlefield Overture effects) aren't showing up. I don't know what mod triggers it.

Also, what does the "empty mod146" mod do?

Sorry, I am just confused as to what some of these mods do.

I too also have this problem and can't figure it out. All the system messages that used to show big in the middle of the screen large like "overature effects, Critical hit, etc" now only show up in the chat line at the bottom of screen. Do you know what is causing this?

Set "BugleToSystemMessage" to 0 in your abyss ini.

I also kind of wish you could turn it off from showing in the system too, that way there would be no message.

I like it showing, just wanted it where I could see it. 😉

Not sure if this has been brought up yet but while bandit hunting after the first bandit I encounter the rest on the map disappear. They are still there, I can run into them, but I can't see them.

Edit: Whoever changed my signature, touche.

no, it can be done just as fast for those with high end computers, so there is no way of knowing.

Every time I launch the Mabinogi client, it closes immediately and I get a window saying, "Mabinogi has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Please close the program."

Anyone know how to fix this?

Fixed.

Is the 1 click resurrection noticeable to other players?

this is actually one of the most noticeable mods of all, regular player resurrection even with lowered mtu and high end specs is around 2-3 secs, longer for the average player, instantly getting up is very very noticeable, the other is no time out lightning bolt, those two mods are highly noticeable

actually it's not, but i suppose it would require having a high end pc and connection for you too see the difference, the most noticeable would be the un-hidden skill air balloon.

it's just that those that evg and pvp cry about a 1 second or 2 second delay like pressing a button, and then find a reason to call you a cheater even if you don't use mods just because they need a reason for why they just lost.

1 click isn't an instant resurrection either you still have wait for the 0-3 second dialog to press 1 button, so how long it takes after that can still be 1-6 seconds depending on pc, connection and mtu/nagle, using a local ui server, various other tweaks and a 1-3 second difference can be caused by anything.

this is all true but, as you said those who notice quick reving, regardless of how it was done, will assume, mods/hacks, because of this assumption, 1 click rev is a noticeable mod, regardless of if you have the mod or not, but the best way to put it would be, its noticeable if spammed, i evg and pvp and ive never seen anyone with the ability to get up in under 5 secs, those who have, fully admitted they were using 1 click rev, i do agree with with high specs its possible, but your only looking at a handful of people on the server who could do that, consectively. It is my personal opinion, but i do feel if someone asks if a commonly accused mod is noticeable, you might want to go ahead and call it noticeable. Purely for the fact people will assume thats what it is.

Viewing it from the common players perspective, ie someone who doesnt know what is possible purely from equipment, computer edits, see someone do something not understood, they get called a witch.
