Since I've reinstalled Tiaria, Mabinogi refuses to launch. I hit the start button and the game will not come up. Super confused as I've never had this problem before and it only started when I downloaded this new version of Tiaria.

You most likely have the 'minimize nearby characters' setting turned on. If it's hotkeyed, then you can hit the Z key on your keyboard. If not, then you will need to find this setting in your game settings and uncheck it.

I have a problem with the fonts... the Tiara fonts make the ingredients name in korean and the Abyss bitmap font makes them appear in "?"

I'm pretty sure that's other mods that are leaving you with outdated database/language info.

I have only Tiara and Abyss installed, i reinstalled and same, i deleted the language.pack and same, i deleted tiara and language.pack and only then it worked, but i reinstalled tiara and back to the "??", the names of the new things appear right only when i don't have Tiara installed (nor the Abyss bitmap font)


EDIT: After some testing, Tiara is the one causing the problem, abyss bitmap font doesn't. Also, if i disable abyss font, the names of the ingredients and the new boxes turn into korean.

As they have said above, it's probably a language pack file messed up or something. You should probably do a full reinstallation of the mabinogi client, run mabinogi and let everything update, then get tiara again and see if that fixes the issue.

uo tiara does mod the itemdb.english.txt file, but only 4 lines are edited and the file is currently up to date with nexon's, and your not the only person to mention the issue with the latest version of uo tiara; however other than what's mentioned above or disabling some mods in uo tiara like the itemdb edit's, data packer and logue's mabipacker i couldn't tell you what else would cause it since i don't have the problem.

For about 6 weeks now, I'm having a problem with multi-client. Basically, it's hit or miss on whether the second client will  open or not. I have to close and restart multiple times. The error is just that 'Mabi has stopped working - check online or close program.' It doesn't matter if I use Launcher Plus that comes with Tiara, or the launcher my housemate made for me.

Everyone else in my house is running Tiara and/or abyss and is not having the same issue. I did not reinstall mabi, but I did do a reinstall of tiara w/abyss.

Short of re-installing mabi, does anyone have any ideas of what could be causing my problem and how to fix it? (I'll reinstall mabi as a last solution; I try to avoid deleting and reinstalling programs too often).

I've reinstalled mabinogi, opened w/o mods for about 30-40 minutes, closed it, installed Tiara and abyss w/o tiaras fonts and i still get the issue D:

Did you actually delete your mabinogi folder manually after uninstalling it to make sure everything was gone?

Yes i did, and even after that the problem still persisted, do i have to delete mabnogi enteries in the registry?

I seem to have found the problem, the itemdbs in the data folder don't contain the ids of the new ingredients ie. Chicken Leg is 50108 but neither of the itemdb have that number but they have various instances of chicken leg, how may i fix that or do i have to change every id in the itemdb?

Um, okay, well I turned off every bit of security and privacy I had, allowed the ads, the javascripts, the cookies, the LSO, and all that other stuff... And it still won't let me download Tiara's installer. When I click adf.ly's skip ad button, it just takes me back to the Tiara page without serving me the file.

It's been like this for a while. I once was able to get Tiara's installer, but... I don't know, for some reason it just plain doesn't work anymore.

Was hoping that maybe someone here might know what's going on.

EDIT: This is Firefox 29.0.1 btw, which is the latest.

If you go to shaggy's original post of UO tiara (where you downloaded) and scroll down a bit there's a "frequently asked questions" section.  There you will see something that says how to remove graphic noon Sky or w/E just click that and follow the instructions

the way uo tiara's site works is a single index.php that saves cookies and checks the refereral url as to create the page and link for download, so if you are returning to the same front page of uo tiara after clicking the skip ad button then something is blocking the site from determining the last web page you visited.
