I googled the installer integrity check failed message, literally the first 5 words...and thank you google, first link was this.

What does this message mean?

The installer has failed a self-check. This means that for some actions, the installer file has been altered from its original form. If the install were to continue, the software install would not be complete and will be broken. To prevent further problems, the installer refused to continue.
How do I fix the problem?

There are a number of ways the developer can modify the script to avoid this issue, but we'll cover steps to fix the problem on your end. If all these steps don't work, please contact the developers or publishers of the software you are attempting to install or your normal computer support channels.

If the software was obtained from the Internet
Clear your browser's cache.
Disable any download accelerators or managers and download the installer again.
Rename the installer so it is a simple one-word name with no special characters (without removing the .exe suffix)
Example: install.exe
Download the installer from another source approved by the software developer or publisher.
It might be corrupted on the server, or the connection to the server is unreliable from your location.
Update your anti-virus software (if installed) and download the installer again.
Disable your anti-virus software and download the installer again.
Download the installer using another computer and copy it to the original computer.
If you have the nVidia firewall installed, uninstall the program and download the installer again.
Scan for, and remove malware and viruses on your system.
Scan the hard drive using scandisk, chkdsk, or any other hard drive repair tool.

Wait for Windows Update to finish updating drivers.

If this still doesn't work, then idk, but next time, try googling, or even using the search function here.

Failed being the methods I tried and failed, N/A being an unavailable method due to program(s) already been removed, never installed to begin  with, or already done, and Pending being methods not yet confirmed for success or failure.

• In your start/globe menu, go to the "run" command. If you're on vista/7, you'd use the little white box near the bottom. Type in "CMD" and press CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER.
• In the black box that comes up, type this with no quotes, and press enter. "cd desktop".
• Then in the black box, type this with no quotes and press enter. "ping -t google.com > ping.txt". It won't appear to do anything, just let it sit for a few minutes.
• After a few minutes, go back to the black box and press CTRL+C.
• Type "exit" with no quotes and press enter to close the black box.
• You should have ping.txt on your desktop. Copy it's contents onto a site like http://paste2.org/new-paste and link us.

Addition: The "inflate balloon" action in one of the current events depends on a toggleable feature, so if it hasn't been done yet features.xml.compiled will need to be updated.

it's not about being curious, it's about no "fix" being provided because i know neither i or you are going to be sending the setup file to every person who can't get it to download from either server every time.

I don't mind if you send the setup file as long as it is a last resort.

Updated to R183: nothing new added.

Download Server still not providing full download, havnt been able to use any working mods since 180, its working fine, all tiaras ive tried since then have failed.

Repeated untill i recieved a 8.3mb installer, it also didnt download all of the files and client wont launch once installed with tiara, hackshield never comes up.

so at one point you did get the full installer? because i haven't change the server's download code since r170 so once downloading 183 and running it, it will perform exactly like 180.
with abyss installed hackshield isn't suppose to come up, but something with abyss maybe stopping your client from starting as well.
and it's still not connecting to the server to download all files? how do you know if it's crashing?
what is causing the crash an old data folder mod, abyss or possibly a custom .pack in the \package\ folder? (delete language.pack to be certain and have it re-download)

If you are still getting the errors after you do everything that Shaggy and Rydian are telling you, I can Skype it.

Also try using different browsers, sometimes that works as well, since all browsers have different downloading priorities.

so at one point you did get the full installer? because i haven't change the server's download code since r170 so once downloading 183 and running it, it will perform exactly like 180.

The installer doesnt crash it installs some mods just not all, but it thinks it installed them all, when i ran data packer is when i noticed it was only installing around 15-30 mods per try. Tried the above methods as well with no luck, um trying to think of how to rephrase, when i normally run mabi(modded) theres er... hkshield update? bottom right hand corner launches after the game launcher, and then after it loads the client starts itself, this popup doesnt occur when im using a "corrupted" tiara and the client never loads, i checked my proccess, it never starts period.

trying this currently http://puu.sh/7RPfA.png before i head to bed, chance my net could just by chance have crapped out at every moment i tried and it all be a coincidence but ill post more later if i can figure anything out and charlie i already said you could send the add back to discuss the properties of redstone over bluestone for all skillsets including mage, of course as a endgame comparison. Also to shags, i have a zipped copy of your 180 modded client that i use so it works fine minus my horse cant fly of which is why ive been trying to get new mods, its somewhat annoying otherwise im fine as the client is.

Uh god its hard to explain, 2 bars, green filled bottom bar shows whats being downloaded or installed right at that moment where as top bar is total installed? top bar gets 30% green, then instantly it says it finished and to run data packer

several and i mean several files get downloaded from my server, some skip 70% due to finishing the last part of the file quicker then the first part
each 2 bar is only one file currently being downloaded.
if abyss works for you; you don't need to check data packer to be installed, obviously you've downloaded the setup file completely so you should be able to download any file completely from my server since they are all smaller then the setup file itself...
send me a screenshot of this 30% file you think isn't finishing and we can check the sizes of them to see if your in fact only getting a partial file.
