Sometimes I think Shaggy goes too far out of his way to help people. Enabling names for the trees would be what, 2 lines in xml? I can't remember for certain, but I know it's not a lot.

Just wanna say thanks to Shaggy for all the work he does put into this for everyone. My only gripe is I accidentally deleted my backup directory, so I couldn't pull my custom edits back into the update after I installed the updated uot. I think I have most on my laptop still as I haven't updated it yet and think I can pull some of my extra translations back. I really should go and translate some of the new untranslated stuff as I'm curious as to what it says, but I'm lazy and will probably wait until Nexon translates or uot provides the translations. lol

technically it can be done with 1 line, but i do it with 3 lines, one to enable them in propdb.xml and two for naming them \data\xml\propdb.english.txt and \data\local\xml\propdb.english.txt

the reason i use two propdb.english.txt's is because certain packing methods and making custom uotiara.pack and language.pack require they be in two places.

as for the \data\ backups, i suppose i could name the directory's with the date; as too keep more backups of earlier times and/or move it into \my documents\mabinogi\?

No, it was my fault, I had copied my data out and then removed the data folder so uot had a clean install. But then I accidentally deleted my backup before merging my changes back in. No worries on that part.

Hey Shaggy, I seem to have 2 problems with the Unofficial Tiara mod.

1. I can't talk to any npc at all
2. There's a space between the name and the talent

For some reason i cant move to a location while flying

ShaggyZE there's also a problem flying with all flying mounts except the new action via map click absolutely anywhere other than Doki Doki Island. Why is this so, and is it caused by the mods or did Nexon screw up again? Chances are that it could be corrupted files for all the other flying mounts except the new action. I don't know yet cause I haven't gotten the new action unlocked for off the island. But on the island it is confirmed that the action is the only known working mount in that area for flying via map click. Sorry if this news disturbs anyone.

This is most likely a Nexon screw up of some sort, as I don't even mod that file personally, and I have the same problem.

I can't use the 20% soulmate exp Flying Action properly. I can use it to float but I can't use it to fly. "Mounting" my partner who doesn't use mods works properly tho.

Apparently whenever I go to Nekojima (Doki Doki Island) using Caravan Joe, the map is stuck on Dunbarton and the restricted flying applies to my client. Pretty much the game thinks I'm still in Dunbarton. Everything else works perfectly

Anyone else has this problem?

Map yes I'm having that problem.
Flight I have it stop working when I only have Abyss running, after installing Tiara it actually started to function normally. I would suggest to redownload the patch to insure if it's just the client itself because my friend himself can't fly either with mods on.

I don't know why, but as of this patch, I've been crashing a lot recently. Sometimes it is because of a runtime error while other times it just freezes and dies. Does anyone else have this issue?

yea, we all do and it's not mods causing it. unfortunately we'll have to wait for nexon to fix it or for the events to be over.
