check c:\nexon\mabinogi\autobot\autobot.exe to make sure it's there and possibly if the folder/files are set to read-only or the folder securty is set to full-control for you username or group.
anytime i have a problem similar i use Take Ownership

Just updated both mabi from the short patch and to UT v174.  Now when I try to login I get a message that simply says  "Opps, that wasn't suppose to happen." and wants me to submit an error report.  Any ideas?  I've tried it with hackshield running and not running.

i'm assuming your patch failed, close crackshield remove mods, and try; if it fails try updating hackshield C:\Nexon\Mabinogi\HShield\HSUpdate.exe

if all fails you can try to use Power Patcher 2.0 to downgrade back to 173 and repatch to 174.

How come even though I don't have any Belvast mods, the buildings are still transparent?

because you prolly have the mods still packed with data packer.exe or check your data folder to ensure they are not actually there as well.

My xmls for some of the gremlins, kolbold archers, poison kolbolds, and maybe some others that I don't know of are missing. Just shows xml with some other stuff.

its a replacement for nexon's launcher, also stickied here in the client modifications thread that will let you patch the game yourself to repair corrupted data or errors with nexon's launcher, not to mentions its faster.

Hey Shaggy love, been a while, doing wonderful work as always, wanted to say thanks again and note that Autobot  did work for me, yesterday (I don't really use it besides once in a long while when I'm doing G8 on an alt since I suck at fossils..) and wanted to save you some trouble of testing every feature if that helps any then awesome, also when you get around to playing Mabi more I haven't forgotten that I still owe you, Blue uppys aren't going well but I do have 1 to mail you atm and I haven't forgotten about your guild, note me in game when you have time and I'll send you the name of the new chara I'm playing on.

Which folder are you talking about? Are you talking about e:\Documents\Visual Studio 2010\Projects\MabiAssist\MabiPacker\Forms\MainWindow.cs:line 128? I also installed .Net 4.0.

Ive been having issues with some of the mods not working such as the lightning bolt time removal and the new reforge effect and the mob to boss hp bar, when i installed tiara and ran data packer it said it had found mods and deleted some? highly confused about all this

As long as you frequently buy NX, I don't think they'll even care, they'll be losing money for maintenances and stuff if they banned people who were frequent buyers. They're more interested in ridding Daisama from the game, that's why NexonGuard was made.

No, it requires the DLLs to be in the same folder as the executable. Wherever you put the packer.

Just use the data packer in the file section here, it's a self contained system, and very simple, like.. 4 buttons.

Whenever I go to select which mods I want, I don't see an option for Step29's Reforge mod.. What would it be under or named? Can anyone answer? I only wanted a few mods from this package, and that was one. lol
