Disabling vertical flight speed seems to break flying pets (cannot fly anywhere). Any workarounds or fixes to this?

Autobot's fossil restoration seems to only work with the beak fossil...

you can adjust the tolerance1 in settings to fix the fossil detection

So i know this is going to be a strange question but, How do i install it from the steam version of mabinogi? i used to run Tiara on my client all the time, i couldnt get my patcher to work so i started over in mabi with a new account and stuffs using the steam version of the game. upon checking my folder i noticed that they added some things and i dont see a Data folder anymore. im quite confused. im going to try installing after my back up is finished and see if it runs but i figured i should throw this question up now since i doubt it will run right from the rip and i can see me messing with files for the next few hours. i just expect it.

if launched through the steam App, it runs fine with Tiara. however fails to log into server if not launched through steam. still it works im happy with that. i expected much more trouble.

So, I installed Tiara a couple days ago with the Autobot, for the first time in a couple years (it's been a couple years since I've played Mab. too.). Anyways, I tried the fossil restoration, it worked great the first time. But then I didn't want all the other mods -- so I uninstalled Tiara and Autobot, did a CClean to get rid of old registry files, and reinstalled Mab. fresh.

Today, I just installed the Autobot and now the fossil restoration doesn't work. I get "not detected" repeatedly. I tried adjusting my resolution, adjusting the tolerance, and turning autoscan off (I never used the "use item" feature either times). I am running the latest SP of Vista with a 1280x1024 resolution monitor, though I did adjust my resolution in and out of game several times to see if that made a difference. I did run AB in "admin" mode, though that hardly matters because I am the enabled owner of my system and I have my UAC turned off.

Is there another part of Tiara that is recommended with the AB? I scanned through this thread and older threads first, to check to see what I should do. It seems I've tried all the recommended fixes. Any help would be appreciated and I just want to say, I appreciate the hard work you programmers put into these tools for us. (:

If I missed something in a post somewhere with the quick fix answer to this, if someone could kindly point it out, I'd appreciate it. ^^ I checked the first post and only found what Tiara includes and install instructions... Autobot is a frontend for Tiara. This basically means you can use it to disable and enable certain mods. If you choose to install it, just open it up and in the window it starts on there is a list of each mod and you can go through and pick the ones you want or don't want. Otherwise, I'm not sure, since I've only ever used the Datapacker and Autobot.

if you have data\db\race.xml or data\features.xml.compiled, delete these files, then repack mods and uo tiara should still work.

Thanks alot Shaggy I deleted race.xml and now it's working.

Only thing that's missing is Abyss though. I do hope a new crackshield comes out so abyss can be used again.

So, I posted a few posts ago, regarding being unable to use the fossil restore. Anyways, I finally managed to get it to say found, but it just spam clicks in the top left corner (regardless of resolution in-game/out-game and brightness). I'm not sure if this will help, but I noticed in the translucent screen for the script, with the  file.rst #/# thing in the bottom left corner denoting which fossil file is being used and which mouse click it is on, that it defaults to the beak, regardless of which fossil. All I see is beak.rst in the bottom corner with the number of clicks/number of clicks left.

i haven't used race.xml or itemdb.xml since penguin eater sent me the source, but when i added the mod Mob Life Bar to Boss Life Bar it needed race.xml

Not sure if anyone has come across this issue and i hate to be asking for help, but i've tried several different things and can't figure out why it keeps doing it.after downloading tiara and packing it with data packer,it seems like crackshield isnt downloading correctly to my computer.i've never had this issue before and i've been using tiara for a long.the only reason why i decided to redownload it is cuz i thought after the last maintenance,my mabi wasn't working.i've redownloaded mabi,i've redownloaded tiara both several different times and still can't figure out why crackshield isn't downloading correctly.any suggestions?...mahalo for the help in advance

There was a hackshield update in the last patch. The old crackshield doesn't work anymore and since there's no crackshield, Abyss isn't working. We'll have to wait until a new crackshield comes out to be able to use Abyss again.

Now the reason why crackshield isn't downloading is because it isn't working anymore. Like, why download something that isn't working?
