With Tiaras installed the sky looks effed up. It's never night time, the sky is like a weird greenish pink color and it bugs the crap out of me. I've fiddled with countless settings and I just cannot get rid of it. How do I get rid of it and put it back to normal? This has been plaguing me for years now.

when i download the mods into the file it works for the first day then when i play the next day i have to redownload the mods

When you install Tiara, you have to find "Always Noon Sky" 1 through 3 mod files in the part of the installation where you choose what you want in it and what you want out. If you uncheck 1 2 and 3, it stops it, but you also have to open dsound.ini in the mabinogi folder (a page with a gear icon), find the noon sky and set it to 0 to stop the sky changes completely. Sorry if you don't understand, someone else could help, since I can't explain it perfectly like they could.

i dc everytime i try and look at the stats of an item that has been enchanted, so i basically cant wear my rc to go train crash shot O_O i took away alot of the abyss stuff but i need that crash shot on atk button to get it to work better x.x anyone have any ideas as to how to fix this? Win 8 x64

there was an update to 158 which i will do later tonight, the file that is crashing you is most likely an outdated data\db\itemdb.xml which is not included with uo tiara because i do not mod items or equipments but i do mod itemdb.english.txt just to change a few names of items; so your error is most likely not with uo tiara, but you can delete your data folder and reinstall your mods to determine what file is causing the error.

the simple solution is to remove uo tiara and abyss until we've updated if you are crashing or seeing undesirable effects.

i'm encountering a problem with launching mabinogi while abyss is loaded it keeps crash before BC comes up i'm gonna post a text file so you can see whats going on.tested without mods problem still occurs, attempting fresh install to see if it fixes the problem.Solved fresh re-install fixed the problem.

Sounds like an adblock issue, I know my version of adblock recently updated and nuked adfly.

Just wondering if it's ok to use Tiara with BlackCipher (since i've read that others have been getting bans from BlackCipher).  Thank you for your help and time. =)

It's true people have been getting bans from Black Cipher. Because they close the process, not because of Tiara.

Okay, so I uninstalled Unofficial Tiara using the uninstaller and whenever I try to launch the client I get this error.

Right, so I restored dinput8.dll and dsound.dll and that error has left me, but I still get this when trying to launch the client.


I have just tried launching again and get both errors..

you don't need to restore dsound.dll or dinput8.dll.

To get rid of Abyss you have to delete ijl.dll, Abyss.ini, Abyss_patchlog.txt, dinput8.dll and HSLaunch.exe. Then you have to rename ijl15.dat to ijl15.dll. If you delete it for some reason there will be one uploaded to this post.

you most likely need to restore ijl.dll which you can find on the first post of abyss's thread.

Edit:
or some of the mods have been left in data packer.exe or \package\uotiara.pack, but i should have time today to update uo tiara so updating would fix the problem too.

uo tiara has been updated to 159, i apologize for the delay.

I just updated Mabinogi then downloaded and installed V159.  When I try to login to Mabi I get the error message "lost connection with CrackShield" then the message error 0x00000000 Error with Hackshield.   Any ideas?  Thanks.

it shouldn't re-download anything unless you had a modified language.pack or uotiara.pack in your \package\ folder, but i'll work on that.
and your forgetting the last step which is to run HSLaunch ie crackshield if you installed abyss.

if you installed the visual chat mod then it's probably that, i uploaded a new setup file a few minutes ago that fixed it.
check in \data\features.xml.compiled to see if you have it.
