your sure you have the latest uo tiara setup file? i would remove all mods and check abyss by itself then try the latest uo tiara so you can determine the problem.

Happens to me whenever someone uses the nine tail fox chair... i just get a crash... and cant login/enter the area that person is in...

Edit: Just confirmed it also crashes when someone summons the mushroom...

Which Tiara update do you have? I don't experience any of the problem unless there's a file outdated.

i'll check it tonight or tomorrow, but i would imagine if this was a problem with tiara more people would have mentioned it by now.
so i can only assume you haven't updated or removed previous mods properly, but as i said i'll check soon.

Installed the mod pack on a fresh Mabi folder, which was yet untouched. After UNmodding (restore button with Data Packer) no more crashes... however of course most of the mods were removed... not all though, because i didnt uninstall it.

I really want to use tiara but I've been too annoyed with the font so i uninstalled it. Is there any way I can get rid of the new font? I just want the regular old font. I looked in the gfx folder but there was no font folder in there. Obviously i can't get rid of it by deleting it if it doesn't exist in the first place. I purposely didn't select any of the fonts when i custom installed Tiara so I don't know why the font changed in the first place.

Did you install Abyss? If so, it also has a custom font option. You would need to open dsound.ini with Notepad and check for:

If it set to 1, then it'll use the bitmap font instead of the vector font (which is the normal font). While this does lead to a significant decrease in freezes in the game client, it's also extremely tiny and hard to read... Make sure it is set to 0 to disable it.

Thank you so much. You're awesome. I was guessing it had something to do with Abyss. i was planning on just installing tiara without it but then I wanted a second opinion before i did something unecessary. Thanks. ^^

Apparently the newest update to Tiara allows you to do Visual Chat, other users who don't have Tiara can't see it.

But I wouldn't recommend it, since I was using it and I just got banned for 2 weeks.

Cant download newest tiara file. site just keeps bouncing me from one ad to another.... any ideas
Also played mabi. just fine last night went to bed and now  also getting error when I go from char screen to load into game...

Works fine for me. Make sure you're not blocking Adf.ly at all. Disable any blocking add-ons (Adblock, NoScript, etc.). You may also need to disable your antivirus or firewall if it's blocking them. If you're using Norton, for God's sake, man, replace it.

No I am using avg free version. but I have been having problems since the last adobe update. cant play and face book game but you tube videos work. if I try to watch video on face book I get black screen with sound. but if I got to you tube it plays just fine.... 
in the past never had any problems with downloading tiara.

yea tried to download on another computer I have and it works just fine must be my browser on this on and the adobe problem I am having. but ty for input

I feel like a noob for asking this, but is anyone else getting unresponsive clients when they use the "X" button to close out of spirit weapon chat window? I looked through a good number of pages in this thread and I don't think it was mentioned, the problem isn't very big, but it'd be nice to know what's going on. (yes, I have tried the basics, you know, re-installs, re-patches and looking through the more options thing during re-patching, and I also have the latest version of UO tiara and have auto-bot installed)

try deleting your history and cache/temporary internet files, also i would run a spyware remover and ccleaner to try to fix the adobe problem.

I'll go ahead and guess you're on Windows 8, and have Abyss added, too. Freezing for that (and other instances) seem to be due to the current version of CrackShield. While it does work with Windows 8, it does cause the game client to freeze for a minute at some points (closing mailbox, skipping cutscenes, etc.). Though, I have faith in Yiting (developer of CrackShield) that he may be able to find a fix. ^^

Whenever I shot up mabi and I try to log in, this pop up would say "Cannot connect to Fake shield." The only way I can resolve this issue is by opening up UO Tiara again and re-installing the mods. Is there any other way on fixing this issue instead of doing what I've been doing.

That's from CrackShield/Abyss. You need to run HSLaunch.exe before running Mabi (it's in the Mabinogi folder). That, or just remove CrackShield/Abyss by removing the following files:

HSLaunch.exe
dinput8.dll
dsound.dll
dsound.ini

I'm on Windows 8, as well, so the same things happen to me. Yiting might have a fix, but it sounds like it'd be kinda iffy to release, given it's due to how Windows 8 behaves.
