Ugh how do you people get these mods to work with little to no problems. I have been on and off with mods with little to no success for years because I can never get them to work. I follow the instructions over and over but they don't work. I might get them to work a bit until a new update and then it just messes up my game and I have to reinstall. (like I am doing right now) Sorry if it is my knowledge that messes the mods up but I don't know much about modding or the lingo to fix it.

So I uninstalled mabinogi completely, got the mabinogiR11 client download(latest version on site and downloader gave me problems) , installed mabinogiR11 client, and finally got updates with patcher. Then started game to confirm that it works. I don't want to do anything on my own now because mabi took many hours to download and install for me and I don't want to mess it up again. I have Tiara Moonshine mod downloaded (password Amaretto version) and I am looking for set instructions I should take to safely install the mods.

My system specs
Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2 (Build 2600)
Memory (RAM)   1023 MB
AMD Sempron(tm) Processor LE-1200
CPU  2106.8 MHz
Sound Card Rocketfish 5.1
NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS
Screen Resolution   1280 X 1024 - 32 bit

Wouldn't your computer crash from Mabinogi since it only has 1023MB RAM?
I mean, systems and random startup processes already takes up like 200MB atleast.

It is slow and rarely crashes, but I can still play the game. Is my low RAM the reason why mods wont work for me?
Also my computer is so old the systems and random startup processes probably take up way less.

How do i turn on/off sound for pets such as foot steps and roars? also the day and night mod, can i let it be normal? I don't like it to be day all the time..

Well since you don't exactly crash everytime, specs should be...capable...of running Mabi with mods. The problem might be that you aren't using Data Packer to remove old mods before doing stuff like adding new Tiara or possibly even updating. Just make sure you remove mods before patching, I guess.

the shortcuts added are for launching uo tiara setup again to change mods, or launching the client.exe or mabinogi.exe directly instead of launching the game from the official website which was necessary before and will be again in the future when uo tiara uses logue's mabipacker or multi-clienting, but when i may bring either of these options back or a working patcher like abyss i haven't decided yet.

you could use 7zip or possibly winrar to extract the setup.exe instead of using it to install, then copy the data folder and whichever contents/mods you want to pack.

after the char screen it closes mabi in the middle of the loading screen idk what to do

The undercover fog is working fine for me since I ran Rabbie adv fine days ago.
