deleting all of what? the packages? yea don't do that; only language.pack gets re-downloaded auto and fast

The Power Patcher can download pack files; I use that when my packs get corrupted for whatever reason (usually my fault).

so can every other launcher like MabiLauncher and Frontend Launcher, but they don't do it automatically or fast...like Mabinogi.exe does with just language.pack (ie if your version.dat says 114 and you delete all your .packs those launchers will still think you have all your packages), but Mabinogi.exe would download just one pack was what i was saying.

so don't delete your packages unless you know what your doing with your launchers.

Hey shaggy, i keep getting this issue where every few seconds i freeze for a moment, then i keep going, ect ect. Needless to say, this is infuriating. Has anyone else had this issue? And now when i try to reinstall, it keeps saying "Installation Failed" Then tells me "PACK Malformatted!" D: Please let me know if you have a solution to all this nonsense.

Try re-downloading language.pack using launchers such as PowerPatcher and Logue's launcher. Or it could be that you need to delete UO Tiara's .pack in \Mabinogi\package\ and then try re-installing.

you can just delete language.pack and open nexon's launcher it will re-download it automatically or use mabilauncher and mabipacker instead.

no, i could care less about homestead appearance and the tara/tail lags are more important to keep intact.

you can still use _mabinogi.exe or choose not to install the mabilauncher, the chose is yours

Uh. With Logue's launcher, am I supposed to type into the user ID and PW?
If so, then it's not letting me and it's greyed out. I tried downloading the framework too.

no the password only works for japan and china maybe, all you need to do is click launch
and download patch on update days.

thats for connect to private servers of mabi so in most cases won't be needed.

Dunno if this has been asked before, and if so, I'm sorry! But if I choose the JP server from the drop down and "Download Patch", what does this do, exactly? Will I be able to switch from the drop down and instantly change from a JP to NA client and run them as I please? Or does it overwrite NA files and I have to patch every time? (Hoping that wouldn't be the case.) I'm also guessing it won't do anything for the global IP ban on the servers, but being able to have the files for new content might be nice to have. Thanks in advance.

Whats the diff between Logue's and Normal Launcher?

the normal launcher can't be used with mabipacker among other obvious differences like logues being for multiple mabinogi regions and not as buggy or at least won't have errors at 99% or failure to patch please reboot like nexon's

Ah. What is screenmask and skydome in materials_fx?

if you check those locations in the custom install of uo tiara it shows what mods are placed there which is part of removal of sand snow and rain, and graphic sky always noon.
