Nexon has recently updated Mabinogi to a 64 bit client. This update has broken many mods in memory patchers for the time being. The mod creators are working hard to essentially rebuild all mods from scratch, and this process will take some time. Please be patient, and stay tuned for more updates.

no problem.
may have a r100d out today or tomorrow which you could always use autobot/update autobot.exe to update with but i haven't decided yet.

itemdb.xml was dropped; so this is not a problem.
the itemdb.english.txt is what remains only to change fossil name in inventory and ground and i update the translations every patch so at worst all you'll get is nexon not translating or me not updating which gives [][][][][][][] but not crashes.

the two mercenary scrolls i have gotten have not crashed me and are translated, i don't believe a .txt can ever cause a crash so i have to assume it was something else unrelated; maybe you just needed to repack?

I read through a page and it was all boring, except this, THIS, HAS MADE MY DAY!
Edit:
can't remember what revision i added the prompt for backup to and set it to /my documents/mabinogi backup/ (which backs up its entirely and i should add a note that it should only be done one clean installs) cause that's where playtime/panda has mentioned in what of the guides but it was the same revision i lowed the witch laugh volume and added a 10 seconds warning.
+1!
I never noticed cause I always turn off my sound before running the installer :l Don't want my ears buzzing like back in G10-ish.

Thanks Shaggy for the mod! Works great! But it seems that the CP viewing mod is not there anymore since CPs don't show when I press ALT. Do you know anywhere where I can get a CP mod like  that?

^^, it has only ever been an optional add-on to tiara that didn't always exist and you shouldn't expect it too; if you really want it you'll learn about patchers and where to find ways of getting them to work.

and this is why i like to include a patcher with uo tiara; is because the people that barely know how to turn on their computers or know which mods are what and what comes with what can never figure this **** out so if its not included in the box; they never get it and i think modding wise everyone should get the chance and its that chance that maybe some people more computer literate like me learns.

You should offer an option to not have Autobot, it seems to freeze my explorer.exe...a lot.

To fix any still untranslated items, you might want to delete data/local/xml/itemdb.english.txt
Also, mana should be server-sided, so if you see a decrease in MP while waiting, it's probably not really happening. That might be something client-sided in db/skill/skillinfo.xml

To everybody else,
If you are crashing with UOT V100c, find and delete data/db/propdb.xml.

you don't have to use autobot if you don't ever click update autobot.exe and you don't have to use uo tiara for that matter either

plus you can do a custom install with uo tiara so technically that has already been an option.

@kirbysama
i modify nothing to do with mana in skillinfo.xml and what your talking about can't be done with any xml mod...(you might have just derped an had mana shield on)
itemdb.english.txt is completely up to date, if you get on mabi the exact same things that are untranslated with uo tiara with be untranslated with a clean client.
propdb.xml  is also up to date and is working fine for me so i assume you just failed to update it with latest uo tiara.

don't mean to be rude but don't come on my thread telling people to delete files you know nothing about; leave it to me to trouble shoot and have them reinstall to latest uo tiara since that usually works as i fix bugs often...people just tend to forget to update or to remove mods with data packer or worst case scenario delete data folder and reinstall uo tiara.

Edit:
to be sure i checked the code and xml folders to ensure they were all updated and found a few things added to interface.english.txt which is a txt file that can cause crashes and chances are that was the problem.
sometimes they like to throw new language.pack's out even though they stayed at r100 so below is a quick fix and it will be included with uo tiara r100d or r101

But propdb.xml is crashing me too :l IT'S A CONSPIRACY I SAYS!
I don't use lightning bolt, so I can't comment on the -1MP/sec thing. But I'm pretty sure that .xml's can't do that.
Nope, interface isn't giving any problems.

k, i'll check now, just curious on why its not crashing me

Edit:
try this propdb see if it fixes it and with production.xml they added (PrivateJob="") that may have been an issue.

still if problems like this happen and nexon slips a few files past me during a maintenance and they stay at rxxx then don't suggest deleting any files to anyone, you would be doing me a favor by bringing up the file names you discover and let me update them; in cases like this where some people crash and others don't its hard for me to tell unless they change their client to r101 then i do a full sweep.

next year as in a day or two is fine obviously but pretty sure it will be fixed or have other issues 365.242199 days from now.

Sorry, didn't mean for it to come across like that. I wasn't assuming you made any bad changes, or that anything you had in UOT was out of date. Those were just the problems I had, and how I fixed them. I was pointing those tips at the guy that had problems.
I didn't ever have the MP drain lightning problem though, so that was just a guess.
And I'll stop suggesting deletes, sorry m(.__.)m

uo tiara will always work since it uses data packer.exe (its the patcher's that break), at times the files can be outdated for a day or two but i try to make quick fixes which are in the posts above and will make a new revision when i'm sure its working but for the most part deleting data\db would solve any crashing and allow for most graphics mods to still work but if that is necessary i ask that you try and find the specific file causing the crash and i be notified.
