Delete data\db\Itemdb.xml and data\db\race.xml if you have them; they are currently being phased out of UO Tiara.

Installs into C:\Nexon\Mabinogi (usually)
Installation:
1) You will be asked if you want a backup of Mabinogi placed in 'My Documents\Mabinogi Backup'. (this will take some odd minutes)
2) Turn Down Your Speakers! (a 10 second reminder will display)
3) Download Unofficial Tiara's Moonshine Mod G15S1-V98.exe
4) Choose Full or Custom to pick which edits you want installed.
5) Once finished DATA packer.exe will be opened for you.
6a) If you have used it previously click Remove Mods and close Data packer.exe.
6b) Open DATA packer.exe and Click Find.
7) Then Click Modify and open Mabinogi.
And for even more functionality download and install AutoBot to keep UO Tiara updated.

What you need:
Use Data Packer.exe to apply the data folder mods into your package files.
Patchers are broke at the moment so if you are getting hack shield error 0x00010705 remove all dbghelp files.
If you get .pack is "malformmated" with data packer.exe try removing mods and delete language.pack from the package folder then run mabinogi.exe to download a new language.pack and it should let you apply mods again.
